"Love is Poetry" ---a poem by me---

He kept telling me
that my verses are sharp
but empty.

that my sentences are too terse,
and my poems are too shallow.

He said poetry is in the number of words
and in eloquence you use.

then I said

"Love."

is that poetry enough for you?
